Appointments may be booked in person, by telephone or on-line. We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit or cash.
We are happy to have you join us. In order to provide you with high quality customer service and ensure that you and other clients may access services at times that best serve your needs, we have a firm 24 hour cancellation policy in place.
By booking your appointment, please know that you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. We want you to have a very positive experience with us and really appreciate you choosing us as your service provider. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at (250) 754-7889.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. This allows you plenty of time to relax, have a refreshing hot towel and drink, and complete any forms necessary for your treatment. We respect your time as we respect the time of the client following you. Therefore, all appointments will finish exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client. If you arrive late, those precious minutes come off of your service time.
We understand that being late may be out of your control and we will do our best to perform your service within the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform your service may result in full charges for the missed appointment.
We kindly ask that you call us at (250) 754-7889 at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. As it's likely we've turned away other clients to hold your reservation, any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the canceled service. This money is used to compensate your practitioner for her time.
